How to register as a vendor
The app is the source of truth. You can start intake on the web form, then finish KYC in the app.

Open the BuildRigs app
On the first screen pick I am a Vendor. Customer and vendor share the same app; the role is the split.

Create the account
Name, email, 10-digit Indian mobile, and a password of 8+ characters — or continue with OTP, Google, or Apple.

Business profile
Business name, type (individual, proprietor, partnership, company), GSTIN, PAN, registered address, city, and service areas.

KYC papers
Upload GST, PAN, RC, insurance, PUC, fitness, and licence. Files go to S3. HQ reviews them. Nothing is live until KYC is approved.

List machines
Type, brand, model, photos, city, and rates (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly). Each machine can carry its own papers.

Take bookings and get paid
Accept or decline. Share live location. Customer pays on the hire. Your ledger and bank details sit with HQ.

Two ways. Send a quote request from this website and we come back to you on WhatsApp or phone, or search by machine type and city inside the customer app and book the dates directly. Either way the vendor accepts or declines, and the hire is tracked on one booking number.
No. The quote form on this site and WhatsApp both work without an install. The app gives you the full catalog, live booking status and location pings, but it is optional for a one-off hire.
Before a vendor can be booked, HQ reviews their GST, PAN, registered address and machine papers — RC, insurance, PUC, fitness and licence. Documents are stored as S3 keys, not as files in the database. It adds a step for the vendor, and it is the reason a customer can trust the listing.
Open the BuildRigs app and pick “I am a Vendor” on the first screen, or start on the web intake form and finish in the app. You add your business profile, upload KYC papers, then list each machine with type, brand, model, photos, city and your own hourly, daily, weekly or monthly rates.
Payment follows the booking rather than a handshake at the gate. The customer pays against the hire, and the vendor sees pending and settled amounts in their ledger in the vendor app. Rates are set by the vendor on the listing, so you see them before you book.
No. The marketplace is for hiring machines. Construction OS is a workspace for the firm running the project — projects, BOQ, supervisors, labour, attendance, materials, transfers, progress, budget and reports. They are deliberately separate databases; sign-in can be shared, the data is not mixed.
No. EcoPellets are a recycled-polymer road repair material. Crews heat them until they melt, apply them to the prepared hole, and the lane reopens once set. They are a patch that bonds, not a biofuel or an industrial fuel substitute.
BuildRigs is based in Sangariya, Jodhpur. Coverage follows the vendors: each one sets the cities and service areas they work in during registration, so availability depends on who is listed near your site. Send us the location and we will tell you what is reachable.
