Refund & Cancellation Policy

Machinery bookings — cancelled by you

• Before the vendor accepts: cancel at any time. Nothing has been charged.
• After payment, more than 24 hours before the booking starts: full refund.
• After payment, within 24 hours of the start time and before the machine is dispatched: refund of the booking amount minus any transport or mobilisation charge shown on the booking.
• After the machine has been dispatched or reached the site: the transport charge and the time already booked or used are not refundable. Any unused full days are refunded.

Machinery bookings — cancelled by the vendor or BuildRigs

• If the vendor declines after payment, cancels, does not arrive, or the machine is not as listed, you get a full refund. We may also offer a replacement machine if one is available.
• If a machine breaks down on site and cannot be replaced, you are refunded for the unused period.

Construction OS subscriptions

• You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew.
• If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment, you can ask for a full refund. Renewals and later periods are not refunded.

EcoPellets orders

• You can cancel an order for a full refund before it is dispatched.
• If the material arrives damaged, short or not as ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace it or refund the affected quantity.
• Opened or used material cannot be returned.

How refunds are paid

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method through Cashfree Payments. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show the credit.
• We do not charge a fee for processing a refund.
