Machinery hire

• Machines are delivered to your site by the vendor on the confirmed booking date. The delivery window, transport charge and site address are shown on the booking before you pay.
• Machines are available in cities where verified vendors operate, starting with Jodhpur and nearby areas in Rajasthan.
• If a delivery will be late, the vendor or BuildRigs will tell you by phone, SMS or WhatsApp. If the machine cannot be delivered, the Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.

Construction OS and apps

Construction OS and the BuildRigs apps are digital services. Access is activated on your account immediately after payment is confirmed; nothing is shipped.

EcoPellets

• Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment and delivered within India, usually within 7–10 business days depending on location.
• Shipping charges, if any, are shown before payment. You will get dispatch details by SMS, WhatsApp or email.
• Please check the delivery on arrival and report any damage or shortage within 48 hours.
