Who can use BuildRigs

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. If you use BuildRigs for a business, you confirm you are authorised to act for it.
• You are responsible for the details you give us and for everything done through your account. Keep your password and OTPs private.

What BuildRigs does

• BuildRigs is a marketplace. Customers find construction machinery listed by independent vendors and book it for a period of time. The vendor owns, delivers and operates the machine. BuildRigs verifies vendors, records the booking and collects payment on the vendor's behalf.
• Construction OS is a separate software workspace for construction companies to manage projects, BOQ, labour, materials and budgets.
• EcoPellets are a recycled-polymer road repair material sold by BuildRigs.

Bookings

• A booking request is not a confirmed rental. The vendor must accept the dates, machine, operator and delivery terms before the booking is confirmed and before any payment is due.
• Rates are set by the vendor per machine — hourly, daily, weekly or monthly. The amount shown before confirmation is an estimate. The confirmed amount, including taxes, transport and any operator charges, is shown on the booking before you pay.
• You must provide a safe access path, a site contact, and any permits the site needs. Running hours beyond the booked period are billed at the machine's listed rate.

Payments

• Payments are processed securely by our payment partner Cashfree Payments using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. BuildRigs does not store your card or bank details.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include or show applicable GST. A tax invoice is issued for every paid booking or order.
• Vendor payouts are released after the job is completed, less the BuildRigs service fee agreed with the vendor.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Vendors

• Vendors must complete KYC — GST, PAN, registration certificate, insurance, PUC, fitness and licence — before a listing goes live. Vendors are responsible for the condition, insurance, legal compliance and safe operation of their machines and operators.
• Vendors must honour accepted bookings. Repeated cancellations or false listings can lead to suspension.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform: no false listings or bookings, no attempts to take payment outside BuildRigs for a booking made on BuildRigs, no scraping, and no interference with the service or other users.

Liability

• BuildRigs is not the operator of any machine and is not liable for damage, injury or delay caused on site by a vendor's machine or operator, except where the law says otherwise. Disputes about work on site are first between the customer and vendor; we will help resolve them using the booking record.
• To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid BuildRigs for the booking or order concerned.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
